Welsh ~ Dudley Granger, Jr., born on October 10, 1952, in Jennings, son of the late Dudley and Tella Boudreaux Granger, Sr., passed away June 11, 2024, at the age of seventy-one.
Dudley, a graduate of Welsh High School, and of the Catholic faith. He worked for Sunshine Equipment until he retired. He enjoyed watching football, baseball, the Hallmark channel, and loved spending time with kids.
He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Diane Trahan, Michael Granger; niece, Toni Trahan.
Dudley is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Stephanie Granger; daughters, Katina Johnson (Kevin), Catherine Granger, Cristy Duhon (Travis, Sr.); brothers, Charles Granger (Joan), Claude Granger; grandchildren, Aidan, Kortney, Travis, Jr.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa on Friday, June 14, 2024, at 3 p.m. A gathering of friends and family will begin Friday in the funeral home from 1 p.m. until 2:30 p.m., with a rosary recited at 2:30 p.m. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa.
