E. J. Brown

Mr. E. J. Brown, 67, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2012. He was born in Crowley and a resident of Moss Bluff for the past 17 years.

He retired from Conoco/BP after 37 years of service. He enjoyed building outdoor furniture and his greatest love was playing with his best little buddy, Austin.

He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Deloris Brown; two sons, Chuck Brown of Crowley and Derrick Brown and wife Rhonda of Carlyss; grandson, Austin Brown.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 11AM at Johnson Funeral Home. Pastor Howard McCain will officiate. Visitation will be held Friday from 5:30PM-9PM and will continue Saturday at 8AM until time of service. Following service cremation will be entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
