LeBleu Settlement – Edith Ann McInnis Darbonne, 69, passed away in the comfort of her home, Saturday, November 4, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.
Edith was born in Meridian, MS on August 20, 1948 to the late William and Rita (Dukes) McInnis. She loved spending time with her family. Edith attended Iowa First Baptist Church and worked for Wal-Mart until she retired.
Survivors are her children, Leslie LeBleu and husband Terry, Thomas Darbonne, Jr. and wife Amy, John Darbonne and wife Kira; siblings, Billy McInnis and wife Judy, Glenn McInnis and wife Clara, Samuel “Beau” McInnis and wife Darlene, Charles McInnis and wife Cynthia, Cecile Hunter and husband Gary; grandchildren, Kayla, Shelby, Tori, Krystal, Trinity, Jayden, Taylor, Paul, Gabriella, Sydney; great-grandchildren, Landon and Pan. She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Darbonne, Sr.; her parents; grandson, Adam Ray LeBleu; granddaughter, Ashley Shenee Darbonne; brother, Richard McInnis.
Funeral services are Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 1 p.m. in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Beau Guidry officiating. Burial will follow in LeBleu Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday in the funeral home from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. and will resume on Thursday from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m.
