Elizabeth Louise Liz Maddox

Elizabeth Louise Guidry Maddox, 56, Fort Smith, AR passed away Monday, January 21, 2013 in AR.

She was born in Lake Charles and lived most of her life in Moss Bluff and Ragley. She moved to Arkansas with family following Hurricane Rita and made Fort Smith her home.

She is survived by one son, John David Maddox of Fort Smith, AR; one brother, Noush Guidry and wife Eva; one sister, Janice Guidry Kendall; five nieces; two nephews; one step-daughter, Theressa Maddox and numerous great- nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband David L. Maddox; her parents, Onnatal and Virgie Meaux Guidry; sister, Dorothy Guidry Willman and brother, Dean Paul Guidry.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 26, 2013 in Sugartown Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Rev. Ronnie Estes will officiate. Interment will follow.
