Ella Rae Milliron

LeBleu Settlement – Ella Rae Milliron, born December 12, 1960, daughter of the late Elray and Mildred (LeBleu) Busby, passed away in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her family on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at the age of 63.

Ella enjoyed going to the casino, sewing, gardening, and garage sales. She loved spending time with her family and playing Wahoo with her sisters. Ella worked for PPG at Northrop Grumman for 10 years. Ella lived in Opelika, AL for 22 years and worked for K & S at Uniroyal store room for 8 years. She was a member of the Twin’s club while living in Opelika. Ella also made chairbacks for many years.

Ella is survived by her husband of 44 years, Keith Milliron; son, Randy Dartez, and wife Christina; daughters, Holly Dewees, Mandy Milliron, Megan Shaw, and husband Brent; grandchildren, Hunter, Tyler, Addisyn, Corey, Zoe, Stephen, Christian, Quincy, Conner; 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Linda Vidrine, and husband Junior, Millie Bowman, Sybil Ducat, and husband Tony, Carolyn “Cookie” LaFleur, and husband Tracy; brothers, Jerry Busby, and wife Brenda, Myles Busby; brother-in-law, Kenneth Vidrine; numerous nieces, and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Matthew Milliron; sisters, Julia Ann Moss, Betty Jean Vidrine; brother, Gordon Busby; brother-in-law, Arden Bowman.

Funeral services are Sunday, May 19, 2024 at 2 p.m. in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. Carl Ducat will officiate. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery. Visitation is Saturday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., and will resume Sunday from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. in the funeral home.
