Enola Landry, 88, of Sulphur passed away on January 26, 2016 in a local care center. Enola enjoyed cooking, puzzle books, crocheting, and saying the rosary. She loved being with her family and spoiling her grandchildren.
Enola is survived by her son, James Landry and wife Barbara of Sulphur; 13 grandchildren, Sandra Kay Hartman and companion, Doug, Terry Richard and wife Pam, Danny Richard and wife Penny, Vince Richard and wife Brandy, Monica Nichols and husband Fred, Stacy Fike and husband Brad, Melissa Higginbotham and husband Arvin, Anthony Ardoin, Christina Vidrine, Michael Vidrine and wife Donna, Regina Murillo, Carla Bryan and Patricia Fox and husband Danny;27 great grandchildren; and numerous great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.T. Landry, Sr.; her 2 daughters and their husbands, Patricia Richard and husband, Wilbert and Brenda Vidrine and husband Henry; her parents; her sister; and her brother.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 29, 2016 at 1 P.M. at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Sulphur with Father Edward Richard, M.S. officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery in Sulphur under the direction of Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 29, 2016 at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home from 10 A.M. with a rosary at 11 A.M. until time of leaving for the service.
