Iowa– Eula Babineaux Breaux Fontenot, born February 1, 1931, passed away Friday, September 29, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.
She is survived by her children, Cecile Trahan, Carolyn Duplissy (Bobby), Tommy Breaux (Barbara), Michael Breaux (Jeanette), Jason Breaux (Tracey); siblings, Irene Trahan and Joyce Arsement (Nick); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Eula is preceded in death by her husbands, Dewey Joseph Breaux and Hadness Fontenot; parents, Alvin and Sadia Rogers Babineaux; brother, Wilson Babineaux.
She was a retired cafeteria manager and was a member of VFW Post 2130 Ladies Auxiliary & Iowa Flower Club.
Funeral services are Monday, October 2, 2017 in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home at 1 p.m. with Father Roland Vaughn officiating. Burial will follow in Lacassine Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m., with a cursillo rosary at 6:30 p.m. and will resume Monday from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
