LeBleu Settlement – Evelyn Rae Guillory, born July 22, 1947 in Lake Charles, LA, daughter of the late Noah and Isabelle (Drounette) Arville, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2022, at the age of 75.
Evelyn was a member of Bethany Baptist Church and a graduate Marion High School. She enjoyed reading her bible, sewing, fishing and spending time with family.
Survivors include her daughter, Laura Cunningham; grandchildren, Shelby and Camryn Cunningham; numerous nieces and nephews and her beloved dog, Hannah.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jesner Guillory; father of her children, Charles Cunningham; parents; son, Charles “Chuck” Cunningham; brother, Curtis Arville; sisters, Patricia Kent, Margaret Johnson and Elizabeth Fontenot.
Funeral Services will be held in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 1 p.m. with her nephew, Warren Riggs, officiating. Burial will follow in LeBleu Cemetery. Visitation begins Thursday from 10 a.m. in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
The family would like to thank Heart of Hospice for all the care and compassion shown to Evelyn.
