LeBleu Settlement-Felicia McGinty, 87, passed away in a local care facility on Tuesday, August 19, 2014.
Felicia was born in Eunice on November 3, 1926 to the late Isreil and Rosa (Jagneaux) Doucet. She graduated high school from Iowa and owned and operated M & M Restaurant in Iowa in the 80’s. She was a big supporter of St. Jude for many years.
Felicia is survived by her 3 sons, Rufus “Mike” Miller of Woodlawn, Lawrence Miller and wife, Lisa of Lake Charles and Charles Miller and wife, Veronica of Lake Charles. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Noah Miller Sr. and Larry McGinty; her children, Noah Miller, Jr., Robert Dale Miller and Rosie Elaine Luquette.
