She leaves to cherish her memory her son; Donald Guidry, Jr.; sister, Dorothy Chiasson; grandchildren, Donald Guidry III, Michael Guidry, Lacey Guidry. She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Guidry, Sr.; parents, Theol and Olite Vincent; sisters, Laura LeBlanc, Gladys Newman, Sylvia Sonnier; brothers, Archie Vincent, L.J. Vincent, Anatole Vincent, Allen Vincent.
A Mass of Christian burial will be in St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church of Mermentau on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 11 a.m. with Father Randall Moreau officiating. Burial will follow in St. John the Evangelist Cemetery, Mermentau, under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home. Visitation is Tuesday, March 21, 2017 in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a rosary at 6:30 p.m.
