Frank was born on November 29, 1962 to parents Judith Savoie and Franklin Elliott Kitler, Sr. in Lake City, FL.
Frank is survived by his Mother, Judith Savoie of Seabrook, TX; his children, Tearea Jouett of Moss Bluff, and Madison Kitler of Walker, La.; siblings, Liz (Chuck) Haney of Cypress, Tx, Sheryl Kitler of Lake Charles, La., Rachel (Ed) Haloulos of Seabrook, TX. and Chad Kitler of Lake Charles, La.
He was preceded in death by his father Franklin Elliott Kitler , Sr.
The family is planning a private memorial service at a later date.
