Gail Marie Fralick, 64, of Lake Charles passed away on Thursday, February 02, 2017 in her residence.
Gail was born on December 8, 1952 in Lake Charles where she resided all of her life and was a graduate of Lake Charles High School. She received her B.S. degree in nursing from McNeese State University. She began her career at W.O. Moss Regional Hospital and then went to the ER at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital before returning and retiring from W.O. Moss Regional.
She adored her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She especially liked planning and attending their annual family reunions. In her spare time, she would sew and quilt and she was known for collecting her cookbooks.
Those left to cherish her memory are five siblings, Donald Fralick (Fritzi) of Sam Rayburn, TX, Stanley Fralick of Dequincy, LA, Harry Fralick of Westlake, LA, Doris Fralick of Lake Charles, LA, and Judy Wilson (Meier) of Coppell, TX; nieces and nephews, Kristin Brooks (Scott), Bryan Fralick (Melina), Raymond Pena’ (Jenilea), Kirby Fralick, Adam Fralick (Sarah), Aimee Fralick, Reese Fralick, John Paul Wilson, and Carl Wilson; and great nieces and nephews, Peyton Brooks, Gabrielle and Hudson Pena’, Zoe, Isabella, and Maddison Fralick, and Kallie, Kaydence, and Chloe McBride.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 5, 2017 in Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Deacon George Carr will officiate. Burial will follow in Consolata Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Sunday from 11:00 AM until the rosary begins at 1:30 PM with the service to follow.
