Gari Ellen Takes, 76, of Lake Charles, LA, died at 5:58 AM on Sunday, March 29, 2015 in a New Orleans hospital. Her memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM on Thursday, April 2, 2015 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Deacon Ray Menard will officiate. A gathering of family members and friends will be on Thursday from 2:00 PM until the start of the service.
