Gary Lee Campbell

Gary Lee Campbell, 72, of Sulphur, passed away at a local care facility on Thursday, October 19, 2023. Gary liked to watch TV, working around the house on cars, lawn mowers, and generally tinkering on things. He was a metal worker by trade. Gary loved spending time with his friends and family.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 36 years, Betty Broussard Campbell; daughter, Tawnyia Wright (Dustin); son, Melvel Campbell (Casey); stepdaughter, Angie Chesson; grandchildren, Cheryl Wilks, Stephanie Nunally, Justin Nunally, Brandon Nunally, Robert Anthony Downs, Katelin Alise Downs, Mathew Tyler Downs; 20 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Gary is preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and Elenor Kennedy Campbell; sister, Patricia Hallam; brother, Darrell Campbell; granddaughters, Kayla Nunally, Brooklyn Vincent.
