Gloria Janise Bolin, born in Welsh on December 22, 1944, daughter of the late Andrew Janise and Medora Comeaux Janise, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2023, at the age of 78.
A graduate of Lacassine, Gloria enjoyed working in her yard, spoiling her great nieces, nephews, and always ended a conversation or visit with an “I love you.”
Gloria is survived by her loving husband, Roger Bolin of Welsh; stepsons, Dane Bolin (Cathy), Todd Bolin (Susan) and Heath Bolin (Kristi); siblings, Herbert Janise (Glenetta), Eldine Chaisson (Alex), and Evaine Oliver; 9 grandchildren and 2 great-granddaughters; special nieces, Stacyell, Melissa, Tracey, and special great-niece, Tabitha Fruge. She is preceded in death by her parents, and niece, Rachel Lynn Shoats.
Private Graveside services will be in Oaklawn Cemetery in Welsh on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa.
