Harold J. Cormier

Harold John Cormier, 67, of Lake Charles passed away at 8:05 PM, Friday, May 6, 2011 in a local care facility.

He was a native and life resident of Lake Charles and worked as a carpenter most of his life.

Survivors include his son, Glenn J. Cormier and wife Beth of Moss Bluff; one daughter, Sandra Lynn Cormier of Morgan City; 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; sister, Mary Jane Meche, and the mother of his children, Juanita Mallette. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Lawana Oquain.

His funeral will be at 3:00 PM, Tuesday, May 10, 2011 in the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Chris Fusilier will officiate. Burial will be in Prien Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until time of service in the funeral home.
