Heather Lee Ben

Iowa – Heather Lee Benoit, born April 11, 1972, daughter of Larry and Shannon (Ewing) Bosley, passed away Monday, July 2, 2018 in the comfort of her home surrounded by her family, at the age of 46.

Heather is survived by her husband, David “Turkey” Benoit; children, Karl Benoit (Monica), Dwayne Benoit, Richard Benoit, Michael Cantey, Kyle Tinnel, Heaven Renee Tinnel, Nathan Tinnel; parents, Larry and Shannon Bosley; sisters, Audra Bosley, Leslie Uhlenhake (John); maternal grandmother, Boo Ewing; 7 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son, Tony Benoit.

Heather enjoyed fishing and spending time with family. She never met a stranger and had a smile for everyone.

Funeral services will be in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa, Friday, July 6, 2018 at 11 a.m. with Fr. Roland Vaughn officiating. Burial will follow in Broussard Cemetery in Lacassine under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. Visitation is Thursday in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa, from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m., with a rosary at 6:00 p.m. and resumes Friday in the funeral home from 8 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m.
