Helen Mae Laughlin

Helen Laughlin, 83, passed away on January 28th, 2023, peacefully in her residence surrounded by her family. Helen loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending quality time with her grandchildren as they also loved spending time with their grandmother. Helen had a special gift of caring for people and that gift was noticed through her occupation as she cared for children with special needs. She loved to go fishing and caring for plants and enjoyed their beauty. Helen will be missed by all who knew her.

Those left to cherish Helen’s memory are her children, Sue, Kim, and her spouse Randy; grandchildren, Amanda, Louis, Luke, Samuel, Ray, Laura, Aaron , and Paige; great-grandchildren, Zach, Myah, Keilie, Ethan, Allie, Addy, Kent Ray II, Kade, Stetson, Weston, and baby Smith.

She is preceded in death by; her parents Mr. & Mrs. Henyan; her husband, Mann Laughlin; her son, Kent Ray and spouse Susie.

Funeral services for Helen will be at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, February 1st, 2023, at Magnolia Baptist Church in Vinton, La. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 31st, 2023, from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, at Magnolia Baptist Church in Vinton, La., and continue Wednesday, February 1st, 2023, at 9:00 AM till time of service. Burial will follow under the direction of Johnson and Robison Funeral Home at Big Woods Cemetery.
