Lake Charles – Hope Marie LaPoint Bebee, 41, passed away in a local hospital Tuesday, July 25, 2017.
Hope was born in Lake Charles on November 29, 1975 to Emery J. LaPoint, Jr. and Golda M. (Couch) Ardoin. She was a graduate of Iowa High School and member of Water’s Edge. Her hobbies included reading, shopping and most of all being a mom.
Hope is survived by her sons, Triston and Skyler Bebee; daughters, Bella Bebee and Deavon Bebee Schluckbier (Brian); brothers, Shane LaPoint (Darla), Richard Rowland (Rachel), Robert Rowland (Rebecca); sisters, Barbara “Missy” Stewart, Lynn Miller (Larry), Dustie Ardoin Herring (Dale), Summer Ardoin Oyster and Kayla Reed (Larry); father of her children, Chad BeBee. She is preceded in death by her parents, Emery LaPoint, Jr. and Golda M. (Couch) Ardoin.
Funeral services will be in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home on Friday, July 28, 2017 at 6 p.m. with Pastor Hoye Folks officiating. Cremation will follow the service under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home. Visitation begins Friday at 3 p.m. and will continue until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
