Iowa – Ida M. Laverick, 99, passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2015.
Born in Scott, LA, Mrs. Laverick lived most of her life Iowa, LA. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Laverick and numerous sisters and brothers.
She is survived by son, John Wayne Laverick of Marrero, LA and wife, Jane; many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the many caregivers that Ida had over the years.
Funeral services are Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at1 p.m. in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home. Burial will follow in St. Peter & Paul Cemetery in Scott, LA. Visitation is Wednesday from 11 a.m. until the time of service, with a rosary at 12:30 p.m.
