Iley "Ikey" Ray Hannon

Iley ”Ikey” Ray Hannon, 81, formally from Vidor, TX  passed away on November 4, 2018. Iley enjoyed making furniture, gardening, fishing, camping, and the outdoors. He loved, high school football games, and hanging around his family, especially his sons and grandchildren. He was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and enjoyed his time in the ministry helping others.

Iley is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Gaynal Doucet Hannon of Sulphur; 5 sons, Donald Hannon and wife Terry, David Hannon and wife Shirley, Billy Hannon and wife Julie all of Vidor, TX,  Jerry Hannon of Vidor, TX and Tony Hannon and wife Caleena of Mauriceville, TX; 14 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; 2 sibling, Sue Morton of Sulphur; and Regenia Tutor of Houston, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents, Woody and Laverne Hannon; brother, Mickie Runyon and sister, Marsha Runyon.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 10 A.M. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 from 4-9 P.M   with visitation continuing on Thursday, November 8, at 8 A.M. until time of the service.
