Jacque Hanks, II, 59 of Sulphur passed away on February 2, 2015 in his residence. Jacque was a member and an usher of St. Theresa Catholic Church in Carlyss. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and riding his Harley motorcycle. Jacque had a passion for animals, especially his dog. Jacque loved his family and friends and will be missed by all who knew him. Jacque is survived by his mother, Doe Hanks of Sulphur; his 2 sisters, Beth Free and husband Jeff and Robin Stutes and husband Michael all of Sulphur; his nieces and nephews, Josh, Jessica, Ryan, Sean, Jeffery and Misty; a great niece and 7 great nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Hanks. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 10 A.M. at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Carlyss with Father Joe Aquino officiating. Burial will be held in Mimosa Pines Cemetery in Carlyss under the direction of Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. The family will receive on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 from 4-8 P.M. with a rosary at 6 P.M. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. Visitation will continue on Thursday at the funeral home from 8 A.M. until time to leave for the service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Theresa Life Team.
