Jacqueline White Fields

Lake Charles – Jacqueline White Fields, 44, passed away in the early hours of September 1, 2015 surrounded by family after a long battle with colon cancer.
Jacqueline was born September 18, 1970 to the late John White and James & Margie Shields. She was a homemaker and enjoyed being with her family and was helping her daughter, Sophia raise her son, Brennan. She was a second mom to him. Jacqueline was a loving daughter, and a great mother, grandmother who will always be cherished.
Survivors include her parents, James & Margie Shields; daughters, Sabyl Farmer (Cameron) of KY, Falon Fields and Sophia Fields of Lake Charles; grandchildren, Brennan Luquette, Caiden Farmer and Zoey DeLeon; brother, Roy White. She is preceded in death by her father, John White.
Funeral services will be in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 7 p.m. with Rev. Rick Batchelor officiating. Cremation will follow the service under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home. Visitation is Thursday from 5 p.m. until the time of service.
