James Pulaski Farrar

James “Jim” P. Farrar, (KE5ZQK) age 60 of Butte, MT, resident of Sulphur, LA went silent key on April 6, 2024. He was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn Shipman and father, Robie Farrar. He is survived by wife Bunnie McGarity, brother Elvis (Shirley) Noble, sister-in law Donna Aguillard, step-children Bethany McGarity, Roberta McGarity (Jamie) and Katie Himel (Clint), 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, one aunt Susie Hoeruf along with 2 nephews and 3 nieces. Jim was an avid Ham radio operator and enjoyed spending time with family and friends especially Brian, Tanya and Donna.

Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson and Robison Funeral.
