Jamie Lynn Iguess Langley

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jamie Lynn Langley, who left us too soon on July 2, 2026, at the age of 50. Jamie was born on June 20, 1976, in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and spent her life bringing joy to everyone around her. 

She was a devoted homemaker and had a knack for keeping everything in order, whether she was grooming dogs, cleaning houses, or working as a clerk at the convenience store. Her caring nature extended beyond her work; Jamie had a passion for cooking, camping, and canoeing, and she found joy in collecting porcelain angels.

Jamie is survived by her loving companion, Marty Arceneaux, and her three wonderful sons, Wyatt Harrell, Jonathan Langley, and Marcus Langley. Her legacy continues with her cherished grandchildren, Novah Harrell and Asher Harrell. She is also survived by her brothers, Jeremy Iguess and Michael Eric Richard, along with her father, Jeffery "Red" Iguess. Her beloved pet Emmy.

The family will gather to celebrate Jamie's life with a celebration of life at a later date, allowing everyone who loved her to share memories and honor her spirit. 

Jamie will be deeply missed, but her light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who knew her.

Jamie was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Jo McCown, and her stepfather, Michael Allen Richard.
