Jason Brent Hicks

Jason Brent Hicks, 46, passed away in Saudi Arabia on August 12, 2018.  Jason enjoyed working on cars.  He was a 1989 graduate of Sam Houston High School.  He had a very distinguished career with many certifications in the oil and gas industry. 

Jason is survived by his father and mother, James D. Hicks of Longville, LA and Barbara Gateka Hicks of Sulphur, LA; his brother, Jeff Hicks and wife Lana of Sulphur; his significant other, Angela Fruge of Lake Charles; three stepchildren he raised, Adam Douglas, Ryan Douglas and Summer McCracken; one step grandchild, Isaiah Douglas and one on the way; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Jason will be held on Sunday, September 16, 2018 at 3 PM at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends on Sunday from 12 PM until the time of service. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family or the funeral home.
