Iowa ~ Jason Alfred Nisby, born in Lake Charles on September 11, 1983, son of Percy Boudreaux, III and Nancy Nisby, passed away Saturday, March 1, 2025, at the age of forty-one.
Jason was member of Warren United Methodist Church and attended Washington Marion High School. He worked for various construction companies and fast-food restaurants. He enjoyed cooking, watching movies, swimming and working.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John Henderson, Jr. and Lillian Nisby Parks; maternal great grandparents, Thomas Alfred Nisby and Lillian Lumpkin Nisby; paternal grandparents, Percy Boudreaux, Jr. and JoEveyln Boudreaux; paternal great grandfather, Percy Boudreaux, Sr.
Survivors are his mother, Nancy Nisby; father, Percy Boudreaux (Kimberly); sons, Jason Nisby, Jr., Roman Nisby; stepsisters, Klatashia Fernau, Kiara Gallow (Ty); stepbrother, Kameron Fernau, Sr. (Kendall); aunts, Juanita Mathews (James), Patricia Reed; uncle, Dean Parks; five nephews, five nieces, and host of cousins .
Funeral services will be held in Warren United Methodist Church of Lake Charles on Friday, March 14, 2024 at 1p.m. Rev. Valla Johnson, Celebrant. Burial will follow in Lacassine Cemetery under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. Visitation will begin on Friday in the church from 11 a.m. until 12:45 p.m.
