Jay-Lynn Marie Jackson, three week-old infant died at 10:21 AM on Monday, July 26, 2010.
She is survived by her mother, Timia Dejohn Jackson; father, Floyd Polidore, Jr.; brother, Jay-tyerius Polidore; grandparents, Lisa and Joseph Jackson, Sr. and Delores Polidore and Floyd Polidore, Sr.; great-grandparents, Dorothy Moore and James Moore; along with numerous aunts, uncles, and other family members.
Her graveside service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 31, 2010 at Consolata Cemetery, under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Reverend Charles Raney, Sr. will officiate.
