Jayden Paul Ramirez, born on September 24, 2003, son of Lacie Soileau and the late Jayson Scott Ramirez. Jayden passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at the age of 18.
Jayden was a 2021 graduate of Barbe High School and was employed by Popeye’s.
Jayden’s hobbies included fishing, hunting, riding his 4-wheeler, hanging out with friends, and driving his truck around.
Jayden is preceded in death by his grandfather: Paul “Buddy” Soileau; great grandfather: Grady Guillory, Sr.; and great uncle: Grady Guillory, Jr.
Survivors are his sisters: Dallin Soileau, Macie Olivier; brother: Camryn Vezina; grandmother: “Mumah” Faye Soileau; great grandmother: Mary Jane Guillory; maternal aunt: Desira Mixon (Russell); great aunts: Penni Gradney, Cindy Guidry; cousins: Alex Guidry, Courtlin Guillory, Mandy Guillory; numerous other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Gathering of friends and family will begin Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa, with a rosary at 11 a.m. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa.
