Jayron Malik Roscoe, 28, of Lake Charles, passed away unexpectedly on Friday March 14, 2025.

Jayron, a beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend, was born on September 30, 1996 to Tammy Roscoe & Dwight O’Neal. A native and lifelong resident of Lake Charles, he was a 2014 graduate of Barbe High School, where he played soccer. Following graduation from high school, Jayron attended McNeese State University, where he was studying business, with a goal of attaining his MBA. His outgoing personality was contagious, and he enjoyed being around others.

Preceding Jayron in death are his grandparents, Walter and Jeanell Chavis-Lewis & Roosevelt Roscoe, Sr, & uncle, Kevin Roscoe.

Jayron leaves mourning his departure, yet cherishing his memories: his mother Tammy Roscoe of Lake Charles; siblings, Jared Wayne Thibodeaux, Kimberly Gallow & Jaricka Carter; aunts & uncles; Darsella Ronnie Thomas, Gracie Chavis, Tonya Michelle Roscoe, Bobbie Jean Roscoe, Cammy (Carl) Quiller, Michael Shawn Roscoe, Roosevelt Jr (Kim) Roscoe of Houston, Tx, & a host of great aunts, uncles, cousins, & friends.

A gathering of family & friends will begin at Johnson Funeral Home of Lake Charles on Thursday March 27, 2025 at 9:00 AM and continue until the beginning of a life celebration at 11:00 AM with Rev. Gilbert Brown to officiate. Burial will follow at Combre Memorial Park.
