Lake Charles-Jean Mary Corbello, 82, passed away in a local care facility surrounded by her family Monday, March 02, 2015.
Jean was born on January 14, 1933 to the late Arthur Thomas and Barbara (Schultz Linnemann. She was a member of the Senior Circle and Lakewood Church. Her memory will live on in our hearts forever.
She is survived by her children, Michael Corbello (Faye), Roland Corbello, Stephen Wells, Jimmy Wells, Linda Coburn (Tony), Michele Tillman (Danny), Kimberly Richard, (Jeremy), Cathy Fontenot and Barbara Wells; sisters, Phillis and Carol Linnemann; 26 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; adopted by heart, Jenise Schafer. She is preceded in death by her parents; spouses, John Wells and Roland Corbello; 4 step-children, Barbara, Brenda, JoAnn and Michael Corbello.
Funeral services will be Thursday, March 5, 2015 at 2 p.m., with Pastor Jonathan Brown officiating in Lakewood Church located at 2520 W. Sale Rd., Lake Charles. Cremation will follow the service under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home. Visitation is Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of service in the church.
