Jimmie Bertrand

Jimmie Bertrand, 65 of Sulphur passed away on September 9, 2015. Jimmie was a graduate of Iowa High School and lived in Sulphur for 26, years. He worked for Sasol as an operator and served his country in the U S Navy. He was a Christian and believed that Jesus Christ was His Savior. Jimmie is survived by his wife of 43 years, Jennifer Hardy Bertrand of Sulphur; his son, Brandon Jim Bertrand and wife Traci of League City, TX and his daughter, Holly Bertrand Colombo of Sulphur; 5 grandchildren, Kierstin Lee Colombo, Bria Nicole Colombo, Dillyn Henson Castillo, Emmy Jane Bertrand and Reese Roxane Bertrand; his sister, Linda Perkins and husband James; and 4 brothers, Don Bertrand and wife Penny, Todd Bertrand, Philip Bertrand and Adam Bertrand. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2105 at 2 P.M. at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Shirley officiating. Burial will be in Mimosa Pines Cemetery in Carlyss under the direction of Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 10 A.M. until time of the service.
