Jody B. Cradeur

Jody B. Cradeur, 55, of Lake Charles, passed away Saturday July 9, 2016 at a local hospital.

Mr. Cradeur was born and raised in Lake Charles. He attended Lake Charles High School and worked in various departments at the Ward 3 Calcasieu Parish Public Works Maintenance Division. He enjoyed fishing and crabbing. He was a member of St. Margaret Catholic Church, and an avid LSU and NASCAR fan, and a member of Whodat Nation.

Jody was preceded in death by his father Edward “Eddie” Cradeur; brothers, Larry Cradeur and James “Jimmy” Cradeur; and a niece, Donna Kay Cradeur.

He is survived by his mother, Faye Cradeur; two brothers, Danny Cradeur and wife JoAnn, and Gene Cradeur; one daughter and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home. Burial of cremated remains will be at 9:00 AM Friday, August 12, 2016 at Consolata Cemetery.
