Lake Charles-John Hebert, 52, passed away April 2, 2015.
As per his request, there will be no service and his cremation was under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa Pitre Hebert; daughter, Edna Pitre; mother, Janelle Charlot Hebert; siblings, David Hebert, Johnavel Hebert, Cecelia Hebert and Victoria Melancon (Vernon). He is preceded in death by his father, Theophile Hebert, Jr.
