John O’Neal, 84, of Chloe, passed away in Crestview, FL on Sunday, August 30, 2020.
John was born on November 2, 1935, son of the late Milburn and Fannie O’Neal. He was a salesman for the oilfield. Upon his retirement, he loved riding and training horses.
He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Ruby Bourque; Edward O’Neal and Milton O’Neal; grandson, Chad Istre and son-in-law, Jimmy Istre.
Survivors include his loving wife of 67 years, Wanda; children, Glen Alan O’Neal (who passed on October 8, 2020) and wife, Debbie of Ragley; Grady O’Neal and wife, Stacey of Crestview, Fl; Greg O’Neal and wife, Stacie of Iowa; Debbie Babineaux and husband, Donnie of LeBleu Settlement; Sharon Istre of LeBleu Settlement; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa on Friday, October 23, 2020 at 6 p.m. with his son, Rev. Grady O’Neal officiating. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. and continue until 8 p.m.
Mr. O’Neal was cremated in Crestview, Fl.
