Johnny was born May 1, 1960 in Miami, OK to Billy Joe Hicks and Vivian Stapleton.
Survivors are his mother, Vivian Stapleton; children, Leah Marie, Johnny Lee Hicks; brother, James Dean Hicks. He is preceded in death by his father, Billy Joe Hicks and his brother Bucky LeRoy Hicks.
As per his wishes, he will be cremated under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home and there will be no service.
