Joyce Elaine Floyd Miller

Joyce Elaine Floyd Miller, 78, passed away on October 14, 2023, in a local care center. She was born on November 22, 1944, in Minden, Louisiana, to Charles and Ethel Floyd.

She will always be known by being faithful, loving, joyful, poetic, artist, singer, and loved to cook. Joyce fought the fight with strong faith, but on October 14, 2023, she received her wings!

Those left to cherish her memory are, her children, Kevin Lee Guillory and wife Geneva Guillory of Lake Charles, LA, Keith Dean Guillory and partner Steven Lane of Lake Charles, LA, and Karl Dane Guillory and wife Diane Guillory of Frankston, TX., four Grandchildren, and four Great- Grandchildren two sisters, Dee Mallion of Little Rock, AR., and Reta Rebstock of Houston, TX.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Charles Floyd JR. and one sister, Pat Ardoin.

Visitation is Wednesday, October 18, 2023, from 10:00AM – 1:00PM with a service following at 1:00PM at Johnson Funeral Home, Bro. Russel Lormand will be officiating. A burial will follow in Westlake Memorial Cemetery.
