Judy Ann Partin Yelverton

Judy Ann Partin Yelverton, 73 of Iowa, Louisiana, passed from this life peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones on Saturday, March 2, 2024.
She was born in Jellico, Tennessee on August 15, 1950 to James and Dorothy Leach. She lived her childhood in Dayton, Ohio before making Iowa, Louisiana her home in 1980. Judy never met a stranger and had an infectious smile and laugh that always lit up the room. She had a fierce loyalty to those she loved and anyone fortunate enough to know her felt that.
Judy is survived by her husband, Scott Yelverton; her daughter, Kimberly Hardy (Vance); her son, Jimmy Partin, and her grandchildren, Alex Hardy, Emily Hardy, Austin Partin and Linzy Partin, all of Iowa. She is also survived by her sweet fur baby, Brees. Other surviving family members include her mother, Dorothy Leach of Ohio; her sister, Donna Chambers (Don) of Michigan, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral services will be held in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at 11 a.m. Rev. Dr. Doug Ezell, officiant. A burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery. Visitation begins in the funeral home on Monday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and will resume Tuesday from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m.
