Juli K. Papania Vallette

Juli K. Papania Vallette, 42, of Lake Charles, passed away on July 8, 2023 at her residence surrounded by her family.  A native and lifelong resident of Lake Charles, Juli was born on February 9, 1981 to David Papania and Tommie Gayle Townsley.  She was a graduate of Sulphur High School, received a Bachelor of Science degree from McNeese State University and an Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Lamar University.  

Juli never met a stranger. She was the most loving, patient, and caring person you will ever know. Juli enjoyed baking, traveling, and the mountains, but most of all, she loved being a mother. Juli’s strength and positivity were unmatched. The moment she walked into a room, her presence alone would comfort you. She will be missed by everyone’s life she has touched.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband; Christopher Vallette, son; Davis Vallette, daughter; Eden Vallette, father; David Papania, mother; Tommie Townsley, sister; Jami Papania, brother; Thomas Townsley, grandmother; Rosalie Tremonte Papania.

 Visitation will be Saturday, July 15, 2023 from 10:00A.M. until Noon at Johnson Funeral Home, 4321 Lake St., Lake Charles, LA.,70605, with a Rosary to be recited at Noon.  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 1:00P.M. Saturday at St. Margaret Catholic Church, 2500 Enterprise Blvd., Lake Charles, LA. 70601.  Entombment will follow the Mass at Consolata Cemetery.
