Karen Lynn Davis

Karen Lynn Davis, born in Orlando, Florida on March 9, 1968, daughter of James and Carol (Oros) Christian, passed away at 4:44 p.m., Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at age 55.

A graduate of Osceola High School, Karen attended Valencia Community College. She was an accomplished realtor, having received numerous accolades for her excellency in sales. She was courageous and took pride in helping families find their forever home. Often, she was in the top 5 in sales for Southwest Louisiana.

She was her son Zachary’s biggest fan, always in attendance for his high school & collegiate football career. And when her grandchildren began playing ball, she was always there for each of them. Being with her family brought Karen much joy and strength.

In addition to her work, she enjoyed being outdoors, spending time with her children and grandchildren, bird watching, as well as airplanes.

Karen is survived in death by her husband, Mark Davis; daughter, Stephanie Barker (Robert Ramos) & their children, Conner, Easton, Aubree & Adrian; son, Zachary Morgan (Lindsey Morgan) & their children, Forrest & Theodore; daughter, Amanda Manuel (Blake Manuel) & their children, Drake, Davis & Duke; daughter, Jessica Peña (Ezequiel Peña) & their children, Lilian, Jazmin, Ezequiel, Elijah, Zalia & Zaria; parents, James & Carol Christian; sisters, Catherine Akers & Nancy Christian.

A gathering of friends and family will begin Saturday, June 24, 2023 in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa from 8:30 a.m. until 12 p.m., with a Celebration of Life at 11 a.m. Cremation will follow the service under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa.
