Iowa – Karen Guillory, 35, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2017 in her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Karen was born in Lake Charles to Jens Drachmann, Jr. and Darla (Newman) Galloway on November 30, 1981. She was a graduate of Iowa High and Stage One. Karen was a member of Water’s Edge. Her favorite things to do were watching movies, spending time with family and going to church.
Survivors are her husband, Robert Guillory; children, Cainan Michael Buck, Trenton Dane Drachmann and Draven Reuter; her father, Jens Drachmann and wife, Cyndi; mother, Darla Newman Galloway and husband, Jeffrey; brother, Jens Drachmann, III and wife, Zena; step-sister, Summer Allee; nieces and nephews, Jens Drachmann, IV, Raegan, Zachary & Hadleigh; cats, Neako, Nero, Scarlett and Sophia; dog, Maggie.
Visitation is Wednesday, January 4, 2017 from 2 p.m. until the time at 5 p.m. in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Darrell Hieronymus officiating. Cremation will follow the service under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home.
The family would like to express thanks to Christus St. Patrick Hospice; Drs. Chang, Khan, Kordisch and staff for their loving care of Karen.
