Keith Duane Broussard

Keith Duane Broussard, 60, of Lake Charles, LA, died at 8:42 PM on Thursday, October 29, 2020 in a local hospital.

Mr. Broussard was born August 16, 1960 in Lake Charles, LA, where he was a life-long resident.  He was a 1978 graduate of LaGrange High School.  He worked as a truckdriver all of his life and most recently for PDI.  He will always be remembered as a hardworking man, who loved his family and friends dearly and had a love for sports.

Mr. Broussard is survived by his wife of forty-two years, Donna Quebedeaux Broussard; daughter, Christy Lyn Broussard Johnson and husband Mitch; son, Brian Broussard; grandchildren, Kristina Johnson, Hunter Broussard, Steven Johnson and Robert Johnson and wife Alyssa; great-grandchild, Chase Shakespear; and God-children, Brandon Douget and Bethany Bernard.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Grace Bertrand Broussard; and grandchild, Mitchell Johnson.

His funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at Lake City Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Consolata Cemetery, under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the church on Wednesday from 9:30 AM until the start of the service.
