Kenneth Ray Oblanc

Kenneth Ray OBlanc, 58, passed away on January 29, 2019.

Kenneth was born in Kinder, LA and grew up in Lake Charles, LA. He was a graduate of Barbe High School and was an avid reader. Kenneth struggled with seizures since he was only 19 years old.

He is survived by his mother, Betty J. OBlanc; sister, Pam Hammond and husband Bobby; and two brothers, Ronnie and Brian “Kedo” OBlanc.

He is preceded in death by his father, John OBlanc; and grandparents, Oneil and Rita Quibodeaux.

A funeral service will be held at Johnson Funeral Home on Thursday, January 31^st at 12 PM. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens. Deacon Brian Kirk will officiate. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday morning at 9:30AM until the start of the service. A rosary will be at 10:30AM Thursday morning.
