Kenneth Ray Pevoto, Jr.

Kenneth Ray Pevoto, Jr., 70 of Starks, Louisiana died at 9:30 AM on Friday, November 11, 2016 in a lake area hospital.

Mr. Pevoto was a life-long resident of Starks, Louisiana and was a graduate of Starks High School. Mr. Pevoto owned Ken’s Custom Woodworks. Mr. Pevoto was a member of First Pentecostal Church in Starks. He is dearly loved and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sandra Stanley Pevoto; one daughter, Kendra Wilson and husband Kevin of Starks, LA; one son, Kent Pevoto and wife Tanya of Carlyss, LA; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren; two sisters, Juanita Gillis and husband Gene of Starks, LA, and Helen Johnson and husband Carroll also of Starks, LA.

Mr. Pevoto is preceded in death by his brother, Carl Ronnie Pevoto and his parents, Kenneth Ray Pevoto Sr. and Marie Stephenson Pevoto.

His services will be held on Monday, November 14, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the First Pentecostal Church in Starks. Pastor Karl Smith will officiate. Burial will be in the Miller Annex Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will begin on Sunday at 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Church and will continue at 8:00 AM until the time of services.
