Kenneth “BooBoo” Ray Trahan, born in Hayes on May 31, 1956, son of the late Willie Stephen and Fannie Mae (Broussard) Trahan, passed away Monday, May 27, 2024, at the age of 67.
Kenneth, owner and operator of his own trucking company, enjoyed riding motorcycles. He was the life of the party and was always telling jokes.
Kenneth is survived by his children, Adam Borel (Chantel) and Jada Benoit (Keisha) siblings, Roger Dale Trahan and wife, Kathy, Lou Ella Stripling, and Virginia Rose Connor; 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and mother of his children, Sammie Trahan.
He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Nelson Trahan, Jimmy Trahan, Merle LeBlanc, Richard Trahan, Wanda Boulet and Judy Ann Labbie.
Funeral services will be held in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in Hayes Cemetery. Visitation will begin in the funeral home on Thursday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
