Iowa – Kevin Blaine Leger, born on January 14, 1959, son of the late Horace and Betty Leger, passed away Monday, March 7, 2022, at the age of 63.
Kevin, a graduate of Barbe High School, worked as a manager for Wholesale Battery. He was also worked with Teamster Union at Crowley, and as a deputy for the CPSO. In his spare time, he was an avid fisherman.
He is preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Malcom Roy Leger, and Nancy Elizabeth Leger.
Kevin is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Judy Leger; sons, John Leger and wife, Courtney and their children, Kamden and Zane; Devin Leger, and Austin Leger; brother, Larry Leger and wife, Stephanie.
Funeral services will be in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 10 a.m. Rev. Roland Vaughn, Celebrant. Burial will follow in Prien Memorial Park under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. Visitation begins Tuesday in the funeral home from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., with a rosary recited at 6:30 p.m. and will resume on Wednesday from 8 a.m. until the time of service at 10 a.m.
