Kimberly Jane Daigle

April 29, 1985 — October 14, 2025

Lake Charles

Kimberly Jane Daigle, 40, of Lake Charles, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on October 14, 2025. Born on April 29, 1985, in Lake Charles, Kim was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a cherished friend to all who knew her. She followed her passion for numbers as an accountant, earning her Bachelor’s degree and making a lasting impact in the accounting field.

Kim’s spirit was as vibrant and beautiful as the sunsets she loved so much. She found joy in birdwatching, spent countless hours tending to her gardens, and had a gift for capturing life’s sweetest moments through her photography. Kim’s kitchen was often filled with laughter, love, and the delicious smells of her cooking, which brought her family and friends together time and time again. She loved being outdoors — whether she was planting something new, admiring her flowers, or simply soaking in the peace of nature around her.

Faith was at the center of Kim’s life. She was an active member of her church and poured her heart into the children’s ministry, where her kindness and warmth touched many lives.

Kim leaves behind her loving husband, Alex Daigle, and their beloved daughters, Addison and Kaley Daigle, who were the lights of her life. She is also survived by her mother, Jane Dodd (Marc); her brothers, Joseph John Sikes (Megahnn) and Jake Sikes; her sister, Jacqueline Camille Newsom (Grant); and many nieces, nephews, and cousins who adored her. Kim will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know her and will forever live on in their hearts.

Family and friends are invited to join in celebrating Kim’s beautiful life. A gathering of friends and family will take place at The Vineyard Church, 9541 Gulf Hwy, Lake Charles, on October 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 12:00 p.m. Kim will be laid to rest at Highland Memory Gardens later that day.

Kimberly’s vibrant light may have dimmed, but her love, laughter, and gentle spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of everyone she touched.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Lola Cole; her grandfather, Boyd Fields; and her aunts, Ramona West and Elizabeth Hebert.
