Kimberly Landry Courmier

Kimberly Landry Courmier, 56, of Sulphur, LA passed away in a local hospital on June 29, 2020.

Kimberly was born on March 29, 1964 in Rome, NY to Boyce and Doris Landry. Kimberly was a compassionate Registered Nurse at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital and served her community in the medical profession for many years. She enjoyed baseball, music, and loved entertaining and hosting for many functions with family and friends. Kimberly was also an avid Big Game Hunter.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 19 years, Chad Courmier; one sister, Cindy Taylor and brother-in-law, Ron; three loving nieces Kristi Courmier Deranger, Robyn Courmier, and Sheri Brouilette and husband Alan; three great nieces, Lillie Brouilette, Sydney Brouilette, and Mila Deranger; one nephew, Jeffrey Taylor; mother in law, Carol Courmier; brother in law, Robert Courmier and wife Kerri’ two aunts, Phyllis Maza and Clara McCoy.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Jeffrey Orendorff; father in law, Robert Courmier; one niece, Kristian Courmier.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, July 2, 2020 at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on the evening before from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. Visitation will continue on Thursday from 8:00 AM until time of service at 10:00 AM at Johnson and Robison Funeral Home. Burial will be at Bigwoods Cemetery in Edgerly, LA. Pastor Alan Weishompel will officiate services.
