Kurt Dwayne Hyatt, II, born in Lake Charles on January 7, 1985, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at the age of forty.
Kurt worked for Martin Transport and he attended Waters Edge Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and he loved being outdoors with his dog, Sugar.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Brandon Lee Hyatt, and grandmother, Bettelou Snead.
Kurt is survived by his father, Kurt Hyatt, Sr. (Connie McComb); mother, Debra Saunders; children, Kurt “Tre” Hyatt, III, and Reagan Hyatt; sister, Brandi Hyatt; niece, Seraphina Abshire; girlfriend, Donna Schnurbusch.
Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
