Larry Kent Guillory

Lake Charles – Larry Kent Guillory, born May 8, 1956 in Ville Platte, son of the late Flander and Hazel (Soileau) Guillory, passed away Thursday, September 26, 2019, at the age of 63.
Larry served in the U.S. Army and worked as a paint and body technician for Guillory’s Paint & Body. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his motorcycle, French music, dancing, listening to his friend’s band play and loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors are his son, Harley Guillory (Chiara); daughters, Danielle Foreman (Isaac), Michelle LeDoux (Steve); brothers, Brian Guillory (Eulema), Patrick Guillory (Nell), James Guillory (Linda), Allen Smith (Deborah), Robert Wayne Smith; sisters, Beverly Castillo, Lorene Soileau (Nick), Loretta Franks (Steve), Joy Hanson; grandchildren, Emberly, Zachary, Braighlyn, Harley, Jr., Jaxon, Madison; great-granddaughter, Zoey.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Roger Guillory.
Visitation will begin Sunday, September 29, 2019 from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa. Funeral services are Sunday at 4 p.m. in the funeral home with Chaplain Alex officiating. Cremation will follow the service under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa.
